ANOTHER BEFORE & AFTER LASER TATTOO REMOVAL PICTURE...

Here is another set of before and after pictures. As you can see, this patient had a dragon tattoo on his right shoulder after a few treatments it is nearly gone. He likely needs just one more treatment to make it completely disappear. For more before and after pictures from laser tattoo removal treatment CLICK HERE!

The before/after pictures showing the patient's progress using laser tattoo removal are impressive! I can see why you call it the "gold star" as compared with other methods.

Are some tattoos absorbed more deeply into the skin than others, and does this have any bearing on how many laser tattoo removal treatments are required?

How deeply does the light penetrate when using laser tattoo removal?

Well, this can be complicated to explain. The laser light has a predilection for destroying only a specific chromophore (in this case that chromophpre is tattoo ink). This the light only penetrates as deep as the ink is deposited... usually to the mid to deep dermis or about 1/16 of an inch.

Is a 1064 wavelength able to remove light blue and purple ink even after 12 or so sessions. I want to get a tattoo removed but the city where i live only has one place that does it and they have a Medlite 4 laser which only has 1064 and 532 wavelengths.
